Returns & Refunds

Every pillow comes with a 100-night trial. If it is not right for you, email support@pillow-haven.online within 100 days of delivery and we will start the return — for a refund or an exchange.

What we need

The item back in its original packaging. Please include your order number.

How the refund works

Once your return reaches us we check it within two working days and refund to the original payment method. Banks usually show the money within 5–10 working days after that.

Warranty

All our products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Damaged on arrival

Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer.

Not covered

Gift cards, and hygiene items whose seal has been broken.
