These terms cover your use of pillow-haven.online, operated by Tallylove LLC. Placing an order means you accept them.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send the confirmation email. We can decline an order — for example if stock has run out or we spot a pricing error — and you get a full refund if we do.
Prices
Prices are shown in the currency of the shop and include our shipping cost. Import duties, where your country charges them, are yours to pay. The price you saw at checkout is the price you pay.
Products
We describe every product as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative and colours vary between screens.
What our products are for
Everything we sell is comfort bedding for everyday use at home. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified professional.
Liability
