When it leaves us

Orders placed on a working day are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day. Orders placed at the weekend go out on Monday.

How long it takes

Delivery normally takes 7–15 working days, depending on your location and customs. We ship from local warehouses where we can to keep things moving.

Cost

Shipping is free worldwide on every order. No minimum, no threshold.

Tracking

A tracking link lands in your inbox the moment your parcel leaves us. If it has not arrived within two working days of your order, check the spam folder, then email us.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for ten working days, contact support@pillow-haven.online and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement.

Duties and import taxes, where a country charges them, are the buyer’s responsibility. Pillow Haven is operated by Tallylove LLC.
